		<description>1000 calories isnt enough even if u are dieting especially if ur doing an hour of exercise a day on top,u need around 1,300 atleast,a lot of people think if u eat late it makes u fat!this is not true.it doesnt matter what time of the day or night u eat,digestion wise i wouldnt recommend eating anything heavy at night,but you burn 500 calories a night just from sleeping.it doesnt matter how many calories u eat in a single day its how many calories you eat in a week,thats why if u over eat one day aslong as u eat healthily the next day its fine so dont worry to much about how many calories ur consuming at night or it will be even harder to cure ur addiction.</description>

Also lifting is really good...those short bursts of energy with down time really burns a lot too...sometimes even more than cardio.
